本次活动面向全球港口人，摄影爱好者，新闻媒体摄影记者及广大社会公众征集摄影作品，重点从以下三个方面征集摄影作品，以便参赛人员进行创作：

一是表现全球各港口的自然风光;

二是表现全球各港口的人文景观;

三是表现全球港口人的工作、生活、活动及重大事件的瞬间。

Terminexus于2017年底成立，为ZPMC集团成员，旨在整合全球港口资源，依托信息化、物联网，搭建一个全球港机备件供应平台，提供备件服务管理的新模式，减少码头的仓储、物流成本。

Evaluation and selection

Preliminary round---The first screening of the works will be conducted at the Chinese port publicity work exchange meeting held in August, and 30 works will enter the rematch.

Rematch:

1. After the primary election, 30 works will be scored by the expert judges, accounting for 50% of the total points;

2. After the primary election, 30 works will be launched through the port circle WeChat public number, and the voting will be 50% of the total.

In the end, all awards will be added through expert review + online voting scores.

Participating Requirements

1. Photo works arenot limited to black / white/colorful, single or group (3 Photos as a set),unlimited photo taken date (recent years of photos are preferred).

2. Remarks arerequired for single work; group works shall be attached at least 300 words (consistof time and date, key points of port/personage/event taken)

3. The submitted works shall be JPG format. Theselected works will be required to resubmit source and modified files. Meantime,the photo info. of Exif shall be carefully kept by the photographer.

4.theOrganizer is entitled  in the term ofcopyright protection  to copy,distribution, exhibitions, screenings, information dissemination and other use,no extra pay royalties.

5. Thesubmitted photos must not contain entries such as any tags insertion, borders,text.

6. Participants should work with an independent,complete copyright; should also guarantee the delivery of works including ofnon-infringement of third party copyrights, portrait rights, reputation orprivacy of any rights. Participants are identified with the present provisions.Where these guarantees fall to the ground as a result of disputes, allliability shall be borne by the participant himself, has nothing to do with theOrganizer.

7.Gangkouquan  has the final rights of interpretation forthis contest. 

Extra Note

1．In order to be fair to all otherparticipants, staff of Gangkouquan, member of evaluation panel is not eligible toparticipant in this contest.

2. It is forbidden to falsify during the voting process. Once it happens, it will be disqualified.

3. The Organizing Committee reserves theright of final interpretation of the terms of all.

About Terminexus

Terminexus, a member of ZPMC group, established at the end of 2017, is intended to integrate the global port resources to set up a global supplying platform of port equipment spare parts in the world, thus, reducing the warehouse and logistics costs of wharfs with the new mode of spare parts service management.
